On the Palate: Light to medium-bodied with fine, persistent bubbles and crisp acidity. Flavours of fresh red berries, cherry, and strawberry are balanced by a dry, refreshing finish and lively mousse.
The Finish: Clean and elegant with persistent fine bubbles, refreshing acidity, and lingering notes of fresh red fruit.

Gouguenheim Sparkling Malbec Bubbles is an Extra Brut Rosé produced in the Uco Valley of Mendoza from 100% Malbec. Made using the Charmat method, it undergoes a short period of skin contact to achieve its delicate salmon-pink colour while preserving the fresh fruit character of the grape. The wine displays expressive aromas of cherry, strawberry, and raspberry, supported by a lively mousse and crisp acidity. Dry, elegant, and fruit-forward, it combines the distinctive character of Malbec with the freshness of a sparkling wine, making it an excellent choice as an aperitif or for casual celebrations.
